2. Will my service be interrupted if I switch?
No. There is no interruption in service when you switch to True Source Power. Your local utility continues to deliver power safely and reliably.

3. What if I have a power outage?
Contact your utility company directly. True Source Power handles energy supply, while your utility maintains the infrastructure and handles outages.
