1. Service Overview

True Source Power LLC is a licensed Energy Service Company (ESCO) in New York, providing retail electricity and natural gas supply. We are regulated by the New York State Public Service Commission (PSC).

Your utility company remains responsible for the physical delivery of energy, maintenance, and emergency services.

2. Enrollment

To enroll, customers must provide accurate personal and utility information. Enrollment is subject to verification and utility approval.

3. Rates and Billing

• Prices may be fixed or variable, as detailed in your Customer Disclosure Statement (CDS).
• Billing may be conducted by either True Source Power or your local utility, depending on your utility’s billing system.
• Late payments may incur fees as stated in your CDS.

4. Contract Renewal and Cancellation

• Customers will receive written notice prior to any contract renewal or rate change.
• You may cancel your service at any time according to your CDS terms, without penalty during the cancellation window.
• Cancellation does not affect delivery service by your utility.

5. Customer Rights and Responsibilities

Customers are entitled to:

• Clear and accurate information on pricing and terms
• No discrimination in service based on income, race, or location
• Access to dispute resolution through the New York Department of Public Service (DPS)

6. Limitation of Liability

True Source Power is not liable for interruptions, power failures, or damages resulting from events beyond our control, including those affecting utility infrastructure.

In the event of a dispute, customers may first contact our support team. If unresolved, complaints may be escalated to the DPS using the contact information above.

8. Modifications

True Source Power reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
